There’s a reason they bake cinnamon rolls at IKEA. The warm, homey smell is guaranteed to make you buy more Swedish shelving than you came in for.

My favorite way to use it is this apple pancake. It’s so insanely easy I wonder why I ever stood in line at the Original Pancake House.

The doodle above was inspired by a story from my zookeeper friend. Elephants have hundreds of muscles in their trunks which allow them to articulate fine motion in myriad ways. This includes, she says, dropping sand in your morning coffee.
